Executive Chef Glenn Matusik dazzles members and guests with exquisite original dishes, and the dining staff work tirelessly to provide the highest quality atmosphere and service. Click on the following links for some sample menus. 
  

Dining Schedule

Breakfast
Coffee, bagels, and accoutrements daily from 7:30 - 10:30 am.

Lunch
Expansive soup and salad bar, cold buffet, carving station, and full grill from 11:30 am - 2:00 pm in season; 11:30 am - 1:30 pm during summer.

Dinner
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in season; Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday during summer; additional holiday evenings during both.
