Equity Bond
$20,000 - Fully Refundable
Payable at time of joining or based on Article XI of
Club By-Laws in agreement with selling member and Club.

Initiation Fee
$60,000 - Payable at time of joining

Dues
$18,960 + 6% Tax - Payable $2,106.67 for 9 months.  Prorated monthly for new members joining after January.  Cost per month is $1,580 for the balance of the year.  Annual sales tax due with first month’s billing.

Supplemental Dues (in lieu of tipping)
$200 + 6% Tax payable each month; annual sales tax
due with first month’s billing.

Capital Assessments
$410 monthly for Club Improvement Program.

18 Holes $65 + 6% Tax per person
9 Holes $35 + 6% Tax per person

Rental Cart
18 Holes $25 + 6% Tax per person
9 Holes $15 + 6% Tax per person

Locker Fees
Half Locker $150 per year
Full Locker $300 per year
