RESIDENT MEMBERSHIPS
Equity Bond
$40,000 - Fully Refundable
Payable at time of joining or based on Article XI of
Club By-Laws in agreement with selling member and Club.

Dues
$17,460 + 6.5% Tax - Payable $1,940 for 9 months. Prorated monthly for new members joining after January. Cost per month is $1,455 for the balance of the year. Annual sales tax due with first month’s billing.
Supplemental Dues (in lieu of tipping)
$200 + 6.5% Tax payable each month; annual sales tax
due with first month’s billing.
Capital Assessments
$410 monthly for Club Improvement Program.

18 Holes $65 + 6.5% Tax per person
9 Holes $35 + 6.5% Tax per person
Rental Cart

Half Locker $150 per year
Full Locker $300 per year
Shoe Locker $65 per year
