HISTORY

Since its incorporation in 1978, Delaire has evolved and grown to accommodate both industry trends and community expectations. Delaire was purchased from its original developers in the early 1980's, and became a private country club community totally owned and operated by its members.

Delaire is directed by its own elected Board of Governors and is now under the stewardship of acclaimed professional manager, Trent R. Squire.
Delaire was designed with only 328 building lots and 27 holes of golf to provide space, security and a golfer's paradise. Delaire is one of golf course designer Joe Lee's greatest triumphs, a beautiful example of his trademark of dramatically raised tees and beautifully shaped greens to provide the enjoyment of a challenging golf course.
