Golf COurse ACTIVITIES

Delaire engaged Southeastern Golf, Inc. to construct its $4.4 million golf facilities enhancement project.

Enhancements performed on all 27 holes include:

• Contaminated turf and organic matter removal. 
• New green complexes.
• Practice facility modifications.
• Lake bank restoration and dredging of select lakes.
• Elevation changes at selected locations.
• Cart path modifications.
• Fairways and rough re-grassing.
• New landscaping additions and aesthetic improvements.
• Restroom modernization.

The Hills and Lakes courses opened for play on November 10, 2016.  Click here to see fabulous pictures of Opening Day on our Facebook page!  The Woods course opened January 13, 2017.  A subsequent beautification project is scheduled for completion in October 2017.
