Expanded Family Privilege
While Delaire’s one-up, two-down privilege structure meets the needs of most members’ families, additional privilege options are available through the Expanded Privilege for Immediate Family program. Program participants have the extra benefits to bring guests (subject to guest fees) and play in all Club tournaments. The program is available exclusively to the immediate family of Full-Privilege Golf Members.
The charge for the program, billed to the Full Privilege Golf Member’s account, is pro-rated monthly for the first year and due in January each subsequent year. The Expanded Family Privilege Club User will be billed separately, as a convenience, on a monthly basis for charges other than dues. They will not be liable for any assessments, and may not serve on the Board of Governors or on any committee.
The Full-Privilege Golf Member must notify the Club in writing by the end of the month that the annual membership charge is billed if he or she does not want to continue the expanded privilege for the one-up, two-down immediate family member for the ensuing year.
As per the Board meeting of June 23, 2011, a gratuity surcharge of $1,200 will be imposed to those under 50 years of age and $2,400 to those above 50 years of age beginning January 2012. |
